THE LONELY AFRICAN

I got on the train today and i was the only one seated in my section of the coach. I realised how boring my 40 minute journey would be. But i had had earlier train rides that had been very interesting and eventful. It occured to me; why not keep a journal? Or a diary? Or tweet about it? All of that without the word 'blog' coming to mind.

I have never kept a blog nor been a fan of blogging so i figured this would be too much work for me! My friends decided to push me into it after i had told them a couple of my train stories since moving to the USA.

So blame my friends for boring you to death not me...

My next post would do a quick recap of the past week's train ride before i move on from there.
